The Espresso for Brewing Entrepreneurs project is part of the Erasmus+ programme and
focuses on developing entrepreneurial skills among vocational education students. It lasts 18
months, from September 2025 to February 2027, and includes partners from Serbia, Turkey,
and Spain. Its main goal is to provide students with practical entrepreneurial experience, as
current education often focuses too much on theory.
The project consists of three key activities: online courses, international virtual teams, and an
entrepreneurship hackathon. Through the online courses, students gain basic knowledge of
business, marketing, and finance. They then work in international teams, where they
collaboratively develop business ideas using digital tools. Finally, during the hackathon, they
have the opportunity to present their ideas and further develop them.
The project is primarily aimed at vocational school students who often lack opportunities for
practical work and international cooperation. Through this project, they develop teamwork,
digital skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Cooperation between different countries enables the exchange of experiences and a better
understanding of the global market. The project also helps teachers improve their teaching
methods and use modern digital tools. In the end, students are expected to be better prepared
for employment or starting their own business.
